Your ice machine will get dirty. The day your ice machine is installed your equipment gets added to our maintenance schedule. When your ice machine is due for a cleaning we take care of scheduling, cleaning, and fixing any issues that arise.
When your ice machine breaks down call the number on the front of your ice machine. Our office will answer and put your machine on the schedule for same day service. Any parts or labor preformed will be at no cost to you.
When your ice machine breaks down, we will provide backup ice. This means you will have all the ice you need while our techs get to solving your equipment issues.
When your business grows, we grow with you! If you need to upgrade to a larger ice machine, just give us a call. We will be there to make upgrading quick and simple.

Once you've looked at your options and confirmed the right equipment, we'll set up an installation date that works for you.
On the installation date, our techs will come and install your equipment quickly, correctly and to code, so you can open your doors without any problems.
Our team is dedicated to making your ice supply as simply as possible, and that's the definition of our FSA. Once your equipment is installed, our techs will come 2-4 times a year for cleaning and preventative maintenance. If your equipment ever needs service or repair, you're entitled to same-day day service at no extra cost, with free back-up ice until your equipment is fixed and running again.
